After defining the objectives, we test and create pilot batches to validate the proposed enhancements. Following the feasibility study, we present a comprehensive proposal that outlines the full scope of the optimization project. This strategic document details the recommended formulation changes, projected performance outcomes, validation data, timelines and a transparent breakdown of the investment. Upon your approval, we will execute a formal contract manufacturing agreement to solidify the project objectives and our partnership.

With an optimized formula validated, we transition to full-scale production and leverage agreed-upon specifications to achieve batch-to-batch consistency and quality. We do our best to comply with relevant industry regulations.

Once the product is ready, we package it according to your specifications. While we do not offer in-house labeling, we refer you to our network of label-making partners to make your products market-ready.

As a final step, we get your finished, packaged product into the supply chain. Our team can send the shipment to your specified distributors. 

We also provide guidance on Amazon’s specific packaging and shipping requirements to maximize your fulfillment potential.

Upon defining project specifications and receiving packaging approval, we provide a transparent and detailed quote for our services. We also submit a formal service agreement that clearly outlines all deliverables, quality assurance standards, project terms and logistical details to promote full alignment before any work begins.

Our team handles high-speed and short-run filling at our facility. We work with a wide range of sourced packaging formats, including bottles, jars, jugs, pouches, bags, sachets and stick packs. 

Throughout the filling process, our team conducts continuous quality control checks, verifying fill accuracy, seal integrity and label application to ensure every unit meets your standards.

After primary packaging, we can perform any required secondary assembly, such as:

• Reworking and repackaging

We then palletize and prepare your market-ready product for bulk shipment directly to your specified distribution centers. If you use the Amazon Prime Ready service, we provide expert guidance on specific packaging and shipping requirements. Please note that we only handle B2B fulfillment and not individual customers.
