Willings Nutraceutical continues to invest in advanced manufacturing and packaging equipment to expand production capabilities. Our recent equipment additions include high-speed pouch packaging lines that accommodate multiple format configurations and product types. This commitment to innovation enables us to deliver high-quality, flexible supplement manufacturing solutions that serve the needs of enterprise-level clients.
The new pouch systems can handle pouches with hanging holes, 3- and 4-side seal pouches and stand-up pouches with resealable zippers. These lines can package up to eight different products in a single pouch and accommodate combinations of powders, tablets or softgels. Fill capacities start at 50 grams, with no fixed upper limit.
This multi-product packaging capability lets brands develop combination products and trial kits without running separate packaging operations for each component. Adjustable dimensions accommodate different product volumes within a single production setup.
Our facility also operates capsule-filling equipment for in-house capsule manufacturing and powder-blending systems for sports nutrition and protein powder formulations. We run automated bottling lines that handle multiple container formats at production speeds, supporting volumes for domestic and global markets. Our lineup of in-house equipment allows our customers to utilize us as their single supplement production and packaging partner, reducing the need to work with multiple vendors.
