Summary:

Willings Nutraceutical is a leading manufacturer of high-quality dietary supplements and natural health products. We are currently seeking an experienced Encapsulation Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operating Automatic and Semi-Automatic Capsule Machines to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operate and maintain Automatic and Semi-Automatic Capsule Machines in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure capsules are produced to meet quality and production standards.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Monitor equipment performance and identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Complete necessary documentation related to equipment operations, production, and quality control.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and maintenance to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality products.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Must be able to read & write English, good in general math and communication skills.

Minimum of 3 years of experience operating Automatic and Semi-Automatic Capsule Machines
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

Required Knowledge

Knowledge of GMP regulations and quality control standards related to dietary supplements and natural health products.
